Shifting Masses

This project proposes a modern retail building with a strong vertical identity in a compact urban context. The façade is composed of three slender glazed volumes framed with light-toned fins, creating a rhythmic and visually striking street presence.

A central textured glass spine adds depth while subtly diffusing daylight into the interior circulation core. The recessed ground floor forms a sheltered drop-off and entry plaza, enhancing customer arrival experience. Soft landscaping and hanging greens introduce a biophilic layer, balancing the sleek contemporary form with warmth and approachability.
