Designed as a boutique hospitality destination in Goa, this project celebrates the region’s climate, materiality, and relaxed lifestyle through a tropical modern architectural language.
The architecture blends exposed concrete, rammed earth wall, and expansive glass façades to create a seamless dialogue between indoors and outdoors. A central vertical garden and open stair spine act as the heart of the building, while water bodies and dense planting at the foreground enhance the resort-like ambience.
The design emphasizes natural ventilation, diffused daylight, and biophilic integration, offering guests a calm, immersive stay experience rooted in tropical modernism.
