This contemporary retail building is conceived as a strong vertical volume with a transparent, double-height glass façade at the lower levels to enhance visibility and public engagement.

The upper mass is wrapped in textured brick, adding warmth, depth, and a distinctive identity to the façade. A sculpted arched opening and a vertical slit window act as signature elements, bringing light, proportion, and visual interest to the composition.
